Position: HR Executive

As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for carrying out all the HR related responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.


Job Responsibilities:

✓ Ensuring proper compliance of company’s policy and procedures.
✓ Preparing Job Descriptions and coordinating in Recruitment process. ✓ Maintain communication with employees and manage grievances.
✓ Responsible for on-boarding and induction of the new joiners, creating their email ids and maintaining the entire database.
✓ Maintaining daily attendance and keeping track of leaves for all the employees.
✓ Taking care of all the office assets, and invoices.
✓Handling complete exit process.
✓ Assisting the manager in payroll.
✓ Handling billing work of the company and coordinating with the accounts team for billing related work.
✓ To maintain proper employee data both hard and soft copy.
✓ Planning employee engagement related activities to boost company culture and coherence among the employees.
✓ Implementing performance review procedures.
✓ Handling insurance related queries.
✓ Handling admin department – Inventory, Attendance, Office Maintenance etc.
✓ Assisting recruitment team as per requirement.
✓ Assist HR Manager in daily tasks.

Required Skills:

✓ Master’s in Business Administration (HR) or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent work experience in HR Domain. (Min 1 yr. experience).
✓ Fluency in spoken and written English.
✓ Basic understanding of finance and accounts.
✓ Willing to learn and grow with commitment to the company.
✓ Familiar with using MS Office and HRMS software.
