Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global IT Talent Management Executive to oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for our organization’s IT department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global headhunting, resourcing, and talent management within the IT industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of global IT talent trends.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective global talent acquisition strategies to attract top IT professionals.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and talent databases, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and requirements accordingly.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Create and execute talent development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of existing IT team members.
Identify high-potential individuals within the organization and implement career development plans to nurture their growth.
Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the IT department.
Conduct regular talent assessments to identify gaps and develop strategies to address them.
Stay informed about global IT talent market trends, including skill shortages, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
Analyse talent market data to make informed decisions about recruitment strategies, compensation packages, and talent development initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for client calls, addressing queries, discussing project timelines, and ensuring clear communication between internal teams and clients.

Manage the Field Engineer (FE) activities, including coordination between technical teams and clients to ensure project milestones and expectations are met.

Develop and maintain up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting notes, action items, and client communication

Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership regarding the organization’s talent landscape
