Key Responsibilities

• Support global IT talent acquisition for infrastructure roles including Networking, Cloud, Data Center, and Systems Administration.
• Coordinate international recruitment activities across multiple regions and time zones.
• Work with hiring managers and project teams to understand resource needs and prepare job descriptions.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, social platforms, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support hiring decisions.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming IT projects.
• Assist project teams with staffing plans, resource tracking, and documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide staffing status updates.
• Identify skill gaps and support training or upskilling initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company at recruitment events.
