We are hiring two high-ownership Business Development Managers who can independently generate leads and convert them into revenue across IT services, infrastructure solutions, and emerging technology offerings. This role is built for people who are comfortable owning numbers, not just supporting sales.
What You Will Be Selling
• IT Field Services and Managed Support (on-demand and AMC models)
• Network Deployment, Troubleshooting and Infrastructure Projects
• Network Cabling and Hardware Solutions (bundled offerings)
• Factory IoT and Smart Infrastructure Solutions
• AI-led operational and automation solutions (early-stage offerings)
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, references, partnerships, and market mapping
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Understand client requirements and position relevant solutions
• Drive the complete sales cycle from first interaction to closure
• Coordinate internally to ensure solution alignment and delivery feasibility
• Maintain basic tracking of leads, proposals, and closures
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
Ownership and Performance Expectation
This is not a passive role.
You will be responsible for:
• Creating your own pipeline
• Consistently converting opportunities into revenue
• Maintaining monthly closure momentum

Fixed Salary
• Moderate and stable
Performance Incentives

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Experience in IT services, infrastructure, networking, or technology solutions preferred
• Strong ability to generate leads independently
• Comfortable with outbound sales and client acquisition
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and accountable
