Job Title: Junior PMO & Service Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and highly accountable individual to support our PMO and Service Delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a long-term career in IT infrastructure and managed services while working closely with project teams, onsite field engineers, enterprise clients, and global service partners. The selected candidate will assist in service delivery coordination, project execution, client communication, operational documentation, SLA tracking, resource coordination, and quality assurance activities across multiple technology engagements. This is a fast-paced, self-learning role suited for individuals who can adapt quickly, take ownership, and continuously develop technical and operational skills based on evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate remotely with onsite field engineers and internal delivery teams for smooth execution of client assignments and projects
• Support PMO activities related to project tracking, task coordination, escalations, and reporting
• Maintain client-facing documentation including reports, presentations, SOPs, MOMs, project trackers, and operational records
• Assist in SLA monitoring and ensure timely follow-up on service delivery commitments
• Help maintain service quality standards across ongoing support and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with client stakeholders for scheduling, updates, approvals, and delivery status communication
• Support preparation of dashboards, management reports, and project summaries
• Ensure operational documentation and records are maintained accurately and professionally
• Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements and delivery expectations
• Identify, evaluate, and vet suitable freelance field engineers and service partners across global regions for onsite IT support requirements
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation verification, availability checks, and operational alignment of freelance resources
• Maintain professionalism and quality standards while engaging with external service providers and partners
• Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and operational processes aligned with company services

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, or Enterprise IT Services
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong documentation and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism
• Quick learner with self-driven attitude and willingness to explore new technologies independently
• Ability to work with distributed teams and remote coordination environments
• Good judgment in evaluating vendors, freelancers, and operational capabilities
